A bit fancy for a weeknight

Pasta shells, broccoli, shallots, Fresno chilies, chicken floss, bacon, and a Parmesan garlic cream sauce finished with nutmeg.

The chicken floss wasn't quite as fully dried out as a true meat floss, but it worked really well for the dish. Frankly I think it's an under loved ingredient.
