I made this salad with bread that my husband made, tomatoes and basil from our garden, an onion, some shaved parmasan, and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Light and delicious!
Pasta shells, broccoli, shallots, Fresno chilies, chicken floss, bacon, and a Parmesan garlic cream sauce finished with nutmeg. The chicken floss wasn't quite as fully dried out as a true meat floss, but it worked really well for the dish. Frankly I think it's an under loved ingredient.
Twisting Poke a bit. Marinated salmon, seared tuna, scallion curls, carrot and jalapeno slaw, Fresno chilies, and fried garlic on top of sushi rice and Miso vinaigrette dressed romaine.
